The Purple Heart Anglers welcome you.

The Purple Heart Anglers have one purpose, to serve the needs of the community and by serving those needs produce a program that aids in the healing of the wounded warriors of the United States military and their families. It is our intention that their service and performance of their commitment be honored for what it is; placing the wellbeing and security of this nation before themselves, even their own lives. It is truly beyond words and is deserving of all that we can give in return.

We are connecting individuals, private companies, non-profit organizations and Government agencies so there is a community in place to serve the past, present and future wounded warriors.  It is our goal they have mental, emotional and physical access to the community they served and are honored for their commitment and service to our country. We are producing safe, fun outdoor experiences. There are numerous events planned in California at this time.

PHA Wish List

After several years of growth we find ourselves in need of more equipment, supplies or other support. The following is a basic list. If you have something that’s on this list or know someone that does and it’s no longer being used please contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 1. Side by side UTV
2. Toy hauler for a UTV and food prep (We generally feed between 50 and 100 people)
3. 22’ or larger boat with enough rear deck space for a wheelchair or two
4. If you have air miles that you won’t use, please donate them to PHA. We have opportunities to fish and hunt in other states.
5. We can always use new or used fishing tackle that’s in good condition, rods, reels and terminal tackle. (Most of our participants don’t fish very often and the bottom gets caught a lot. Lures get broken off, rods get snapped and reels get damaged.)
